or you can send in your own designs.

If you have files you would like to send us, our preference is for PC Adobe Illustrator files or EPS file. Files may be
submitted from the following programmes: Adobe Photoshop, Freehand, In Design or Quark Express in PC or MAC.

Please use as high a quality image as possible, minimum quality is 300dpi.
